SME files upload in SAP Public Cloud

Hi Experts,

We would like to know if there is a way to import SAE files exported from Concur to SAP Public Cloud. Is there any App/method that we could do this? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

To import SAE files exported from Concur to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, you can use the built-in integration capabilities between the two systems. 

Within SAP S/4Hana Cloud Public edition you will find APPs that will allow you to integrate with Concur. See below some examples of available integrations:

1. Integration Setup: Use the "Concur Integration Setup" app to establish and maintain the connection between your SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition systems.
2. Import Financial Data: The integration supports the import of documents from your Concur system into SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
3. Concur Posting Documents Monitor: After the import, use the "Concur Posting Documents Monitor" app to monitor all documents imported into the system. This app displays the status of all documents, payment status, availability of attachments, and any customer modifications.
4. Automated Import: The integration supports near real-time import of Concur documents.
5. Configuration Requirements: Ensure that the following business catalogs are assigned to your business role: Concur Integration - Setup (SAP_CON_BC_CTE_SETUP_PC) / Concur Integration - Posting Documents Monitor (SAP_CON_BC_CTE_POST_MONI_PC) / Concur - Employee Self-Service (SAP_CON_BC_CTE_ESS_PC).
6. Monitor Integration: Use the "Concur Communication Monitor" to oversee the success of your imports and exports

Thanks for the reply!
I have checked the 1M1 scope guide, which requires the SAP Concur Professional Edition to integrate with SAP Concur. Another document using the app does not state the edition requirement for the integration.
I would like to further know that if the Concur edition is Standard Edition, is it still possible to perform the integration the same way using the Concur Integration Setup App?

Also, If we have a three system landscape in public cloud, but only one concur system, we would want to perform testing after integration. Is it possible to change connections after we build a connection between the testing system and concur system to the production system?
