totally There are 5 row the first Three row is 1 which is not in shown printout but present in table my requirement is to insert one time the value 1 in the material Desc as first row and after that the description of the Container should print .

material desc container no

N.C.THINNER SP58 (I.G) -1

N.C.THINNER SP58 (I.G) - 1

N.C.THINNER SP58 (I.G) - 1

Output

N.C.THINNER SP58 (I.G)

N.C.THINNER SP58 (I.G)

To be honest, it's very difficult to understand what exactly you're trying to accomplish. But if you want to just print some text at the first iteration of the LOOP then simply add a text element with the respective text or variable and in the Conditions tab for that element specify the condition "when it's first line".

I'll leave it to your imagination how to determine exactly when it's the first line or not because there are different ways to go about it. You can use debugger and check if a system field could be used, for example.

Hi jelena.perfiljeva2This is my Table and i have Two Column Material desc and Num where the Num Field is Not Shown in the printout now my task is to show the num fields New Value (i.e only one time the Value 1 and 2 should Print as header row of Material Description ).

In this case, use a sort event, as md irfan suggests.
