Smartform print and print preview problem

Hi experts,

Now I have seen a few posts wherein smartform print preview display is not the same as the print display. However, I didnt get a solution which I could use for my case.

The output of the print preview is coming as expected.

However, while printing, the output is not giving the expected result. As it can be seen from the screenshot, the underline  for 'Hard License' text is coming with gaps. Also the entire font seems to be different.

As per the previous threads, I already had a word with the BASIS consultant, and he said that there isnt anything he can do to help me. The print preview output is displayed from SP01 and it is marked as 'Completed'. 

I also checked the printer configuration in SPAD but I am not sure how to proceed with this issue. Since the print preview is working fine, I dont think that there is any coding issue here. What can I do to resolve this ? Please let me know if any other information is needed from my end.

Hi,

For the Underline property, check the Smartstyles of that smartforms. 

In the Paragraph format or Character Format, check the Font Tab as shown below :
