The service call module has about 150000 records.
When do the wild card search using * for the service call, at the service call list, if using the Copy Table function, the system will hang.
SAP > Service > Service Call > input * > Search > encounter performance issue > click filter > encounter performance issue again. Basically, due to the huge records. I tried to search by key word to narrow down the search then no performance issue.
Their is no performance issue with other modules.
What is your suggestion? I thought SAP Business One HANA can handle huge records.... Should we refer the issue to SAP?
