Slow Crytal Reports 2020 performance in SAP Business One FP2208 HF2 for HANA

Dear all,

We have a customer with SB1 for HANA, FP2208 HF02, and Crystal Reports 2020 with a very slow perfomance of the CR visualization/printing.

We have migrated the .rpt fles from the previous SQL instalation of the customer, where the performance was very good.

In the current instalation, it takes more than 20 seconds to display the format of a given document, when executing from SB1.

When the rpt file is directly opened from CR application, the performance is very good, even for "heavy" documents.

It seems to us that the problem is in the "call" that SB1 makes to CR.

Does anyone experienced/solved something similar?

No, it doesn't get any better...

It happens everytime a report is opened or when the customer uses de email sending feature or the bulk impression of documents...

I've spoken with some other colleagues, and it seems to be an issue in SB1 FP2202. We will try and see if in FP2305 it goes better
