Sloc to sloc against the bin to bin transfer

Hi experts,

Business have two Slocs -0099, 018T, below that we have single warehouse 800 and storage type 200, two bin values BK-FG-99 , 38-01-01. 

Business transfers the Blocked stock from 0099 location to 018T within the two bins.

In system development - A material doc. will be created with the mvt type 325 and with the ref of PCN number from material doc we are creating and confirming the TO from source bin to intrim bin . Next 999 mvt transaction is posted and TO will get confirmed from intrim bin to destination bin.

As per the mentioned above system development process the to the destination bin the TO is not getting created.

Kinldy suggest any alternative process.

Is your question related to LE-WM or EWM?

On one hand side, you have 3-chars warehouse number and write about movement types, which suggests LE-WM. On the other, you have tagged the question with EWM. So which one is that LE-WM or EWM?

You want to change the destination bin during TO creation or confirmation?

We dont want change any destination any physical destination bin, Once the Physical desination bin is given will be the same still the TO confirmation. But in this case i could not find any field entry to enter the physical destination bin.
