Sloc Determination Error in DO when Stock is Zero

Hello Colleagues,

I have problem when generate Delivery Order, the storage location is not determined automatically. I have check the configuration OVL3 is maintained. Article is assigned into sloc. But the article have zero stock. Is this because 0 stock ? My assumption, if we have 0 stock, the storage location still can be determined.

Additional info, i'm using WM also.

Check the following areas:-

1. Sale order have the delivering plant
2. Storage Location is extended in MMSC
3. For your Delivery Item category configuration, check the boxes are ticked for Storage Location required and Determine Storage Location
