SLED Change after testing

I have some chemicals subject to SLED. Once the expiry date is reached before scrapping, they are tested.

If test results supports and prove that these chemicals can be used further, there expiry life SLED is extended.

How to configure this scenario?

Hi,

You can change the SLED for a batch in MSC2N basic data view.

if the material is QM managed, please create a inspection lot and do the usage decision after posting to Quality inspection stock type .system will extend the shelf life.

If the material is not QM related change the batch properties and provide the next inspection date.

HI,

Go to MSC2N and enter today's date in production and press enter .If u have given the sled in general plant date in the material master,the system will automatically calculate the expiration date.
