Your installed version FP2202 is too low for a direct upgrade. You need to upgrade to SAP B1 FP2208 before you can upgrade to SAP B1 SP2502.

I got the solution, Uninstall SAP and install again all.

For Upgrade analysis please attach the 3 log files and the relevant information from Note 2380811 and log support ticket using component SBO-BC-SLD(attach all upgrade logs as mentioned below):
