When I create a purchase order scenario in Situation scenarios when I try to create a purchase order actually i am getting a notification, but I am not getting any notification what I need to get the notification, please help on this
There could be several reasons why you're not receiving notifications about a situation.
Firstly, were you able to generate situation instances? Secondly, how did you configure the recipients in your situation type? You'll only be notified if your user is identified as a recipient for situation notifications. For example, if you're using a team for agent determination, your user needs to be added as a team member.
