Hi,
I have implemented a situation scenario based on "Maintenance Item EAM_MAINTENANCE_PLAN". There is a team defined and linked to the scenario. When I run trigger the batch process I end up with a RSM Error. "Message =Exception in RSM API".
I don't know what RSM is. We are running S/4 Private Cloud in a Sovereign Cloud environment.
I am new to this and wonder if anyone has any thoughts or hints on what I can do to solve this error.
Here are the lines prior to the Error message
CL_SIT2_RSM_HANDLER===========CP
RSM Handler called
Message =Get responsible users called
Situation Type ID =Z_M5201_MAINT_ITEM

Request clarification before answering.
Hi Adrian,
RSM means ReSponsiblity Managenent in essence meaning of the error is that there was an issue with a Teams (-> "Manage Teams and Responsibilties App) or the Responsibility rule that was used as this Template seems to have both. I guess we'll have to take a look into your system to understand the issue. I'd therefore ask you to please create a ticket and assign that to CA-SIT-ENG.
