Do we need a licence to use situation handling and is this a configurable product by functional consultants or do we need technical expertise to configure scenarios e.g if too many work orders are pending release for x days we need alerts etc?
Are there existing std eam available situation handling scenarios in the roadmap to implement as standard product thanks
