Sickness Reasons to be included in ESS/MSS

Sickness reasons, we require sickness reasons to be included in ESS/MSS as is in R/3. However we have been told this will require 30 days development work.

Why is this?

And what development work needs to be created?

Hi,

Sickness Reason in the sense, you need the absence type Sickness. If my understanding is correct, you can configure the Absence types as various reasons.

Once your R/3 and Ess are integrated, you can automatically use the Absence types.
