Show UDF from SAP B1 in SAP Customer Checkout Sales screen

Hello dear community members,

I am new to SAP Customer Checkout. I have created UDF in items master data of SAP B1. Plus, I have integrated SAP Customer Checkout with SAP Business One. My question is how can I show this UDF value in the items' search screen and sales screen in SAP Customer Checkout? I have attached their photos.

Hi @Javokhir_Isroilov 

To show the UDF in the items search screen you can go to Configuration > Dialog settings and for the items option you can activate the visibility of the field and its position.

Now, in the sales screen I think there is no option by standard solution, you should develop a plugin, maybe this blog can help.

Hi RicardoRenteria, thanks for the response and blog, it is very useful. I have configured UDF as you said using dialog settings.But this UDF cannot show value because it does not get UDF's value from SAP B1. Is there any settings in SAP Customer Checkout to sychronize UDF value from SAP B1?

Yes, you need to adjust the standard integration scenario to get the udf from SBO. In the SAP Partner Edge portal you will find documentation about this matter. https://partneredge.sap.com/en/products/scc/build.html
