Short Dump with Error in VBEP

Hi Experts

We are getting short dump during change of any sales Order along with Update terminated msg .

Please help .

Inconsistencies do happen for unknown reason and, as the other JP mentioned, this report should fix this. There is a corresponding SAP note as well.

But usually such inconsistencies affect an odd document or two and you're saying the issue is more widespread. This is a bit unusual... Could there be an issue in the database with VBEP table?

Either way seems like an SAP incident material.

Can you elaborate what you are trying to do? Meanwhile can you check whether recently any enhancement done was done related to Sales Order?

Hi Jyoti ,

Lot of users are facing this issue . Whever trying to update sales Order like changing amount, editing text , changing shipping instructions..any in Orders.No such enhancement was done recently

Ok. In that case, refer following discussion, where there is mention to use of report SDRQCR21 (this report takes care of inconsistency in sales orders):

- Inconsistent  VBAP and VBEP tables- Sales ... | SCN

Unfortunately all my Orders are with single Line items only .

As I understand, if you execute report SDRQCR1, it doesn't matter whether you have single item or multiple items in the sales order.
