SG GST Report - Not able to download data from preview

Hello. We are dealing with reports from Singapore, Japan etc...  While working with Japan, in the preview there is the possibility to download the data Tables to Excel. 

However for Singapore, once the report has been run, we get the message "SG GST Report cannot be downloaded". In note 3451521 - Information "& cannot be downloaded" in app Run Statutory Reports they address this issue and the solution is to download the data from the Preview. But for Singapore there is no way to download the data from the preview (download button does not appear). Any ideas how to solve it?. Thank you.

For SG GST return, the download function is not support. You can print it.

For SG GST return submission, the download function is support.
