We were told by our implementation vendor that in SuccessFactors Canadian Payroll that we can't manage or modify our own pay codes when rates change after go-live. For example, if we have Premiums, Shoe or Meal Allowance or Mileage pay codes that change on a regular basis, the vendor is saying that we have to get an AMS to make the changes. This doesn't make sense to me that we would not have the ability to make the changes to these pay codes. Can anyone let me know if this is the case or not?
