Setup of FP2502 fails on new Windows Server

Hello, 
I need help in analizing Log-File which was created from SAP Business One Setup for FP2502

Our Server: 
WIN 2022
SQL 2019
Dot.net 4.8
ODBC for SQL-Server
ODBC Driver 17

During setup SLD it fails... 
I have tested via "Setup.exe" and Components-Wizzard
(Screenshot is attached)

I have saved here the LogFile.

as a workarround, i tried the upgrade function:

I have installed SAP FP2208... Works fine.
but Upgrade to FP2408 or FP2502 fails at the same place.

Can you help me to find out, why I can't make the clean installation of FP2502 ?

It only shows the LOG-File, which i have enclosed to my post. This Morning I found SAP-Note 3563115 - but there is no solution yet

Problem is fixed.
It was the "€" in my password for sa in SQL 2019

Could you try clean reinstall of server tools as per below notes:

SAP Note 3281014 - How to Check Service Layer is Functioning as Expected

2538555 - How to Perform Clean Reinstall of SAP Business One, version for SAP HANA Server Components

If installation still fails, please create ticket using component SBO-BC-SLD and upload fresh install logs from below folders:

Windows:

Versions below SAP Business One 10.0 SP 2311

• C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP\SAP Business One ServerTools\Common\tomcat\logs\

SAP Business One 10.0 SP 2311 and higher version

• C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One SetupFiles\tomcat\logs
• %programdata%\sap\SAP Business One\Log\SAP Business One ServerTools\System Landscape Directory\

Linux:

• /var/log/SAPBusinessOne/ServerTools/SLD/
• /usr/sap/SAPBusinessOne/Common/tomcat/logs/

SAP note 2538555 claims to be for HANA. Is it valid for MS SQL as well?
