Setup matrix in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

In ECC we had the functionality of a setup matrix.

Is this still available in S/4 Public Cloud? Or do we need build it as an enhancement using BADIs?

The Customizing Define transition matrix is not available in S/4HANA CLoud as a configuration activity.

I checked internally and could find no plans for its inclusion in the next S/4HANA Cloud Release 2502.

If you want the functionality then please submit a feature request by following the KBA
