Hi All Gurus,
We are trying to settle costs but the system comes back with the Message no. KD213 saying either the sender is settled or there is nothing to settle.
Also, in KKF6N, the Actual Costs column isn't ZERO which doesn't allow Deletion flag for Product Cost Collector Order.
Also, in Assignment of Cost Element for WIP and Results Analysis, we have these settings;
Masked Cost Element - 1+++++ for ZSC
Masked Cost Element - 108126 for ZAL
Masked Cost Element - 4+++++ for ZMA
Masked Cost Element - 9+++++ for ZSC.
Is this approach correct..??
Any Inputs..?

KD213 saying either the sender is settled or there is nothing to settle. -One of the More frustrating messages
Make sure that you execute RA/WIP and SAVE the results,
Check if your settlement rule is Periodic or FULL - Full will re-analyze all transactions and post. Periodic only looks at transactions in the period that you are analyzing.
in KKF6N, the Actual Costs column isn't ZERO which doesn't allow Deletion flag for Product Cost Collector Order.
If you just want to flag it for deletion, regardless of the balance, You can have the settlement profile changed (OKO7) from "To Be Settled in Full" to "can Be Settled":
To be settled in full
This is the default setting. If you try to close the object, or set the delete flag, the system displays an error message if the balance in the object is not zero.
Can be settled
You can settle actual costs and costs of sales, but do not have to .
When you try to close the object or set the delete flag, the system displays a warning if the balance in the object is not zero. You can, however, close the sender with a balance.
Make sure to change the configuration back immediately.
This change to the seettlement profile, will NOT allow an order to Close with a WIP balance. WIP must be resolved
This didn't answer all your questions, but hope it helps
