Settlement management - Condition Contracts in ERP

Hi Experts,

We are on ECC 6.0 , EHP 8.

We have reviewed the below WIKI page for Settlement management.

Still I don't see settlement management configuration within Logistics General IMG.

Wonder if anyone in the group have leveraged and implemented Settlement management and Condition contracts in ECC 6.0 version we are on EHP 8.

Do you know if the settlement Management module is available in ECC 6.0 or not ?

Hi Ajai,

This functionality is available in ECC 6.0. Notice that Settlement management Functionality is known as Agency Business before S/4HANA. The terminology has changed from ECC to S/4HANA in the following way:

• Agency Business > Settlement Management
• (Single) settlement request > Settlement document
• Posting list > Customer settlement list
• Settlement request list > Supplier settlement list
• (Extended) renumeration list > Settlement document list
• Billing type > Settlement document type
• Payment type > Settlement process type
• Compensation Management > Condition Contract Management

Check that the following Business Functions are switched on:

• ISR_GLT_VENDOR_FUND
• ISR_GLT_VENDOR_FUND_2
• ISR_RET_COMPENSATION
• ISR_RET_AGENCY
• ISR_RET_AGENCY_2
• ISR_RET_AGENCY_3
• ISR_APPL_AGENCY_4
• ISR_APPL_AGENCY_5
• ISR_APPL_AGENCY_6

You will find customizing in ECC under Logistics-General > Agency Business and Global Trade Management > Compensation Management.

Morning Ivan,

Currently doing some configuration in Compensation Management. All is well apart from the output (Renumeration list) aspect in Agency business.

Would like some guidance with this.
