Settlement document not generating for internal project in professional services.

Hi Team,

We have created a internal project in professional services. we have assigned resources under work package and cost is reflecting properly for each resources. While doing settlement with app : Run settlement-actual, job is finished with zero errors but settlement is not getting generated.

Can anyone please share the possible causes for same.

Hello Manish. Please help check if you have performed the Time Postings and created JE. Please check if the New costs that was added to a project using Time sheet or expense posting is available in accounting. Is there any cost that was already settled as part of mass processing can also be the check point.

You want to settle only that project that have Time or Expense posting completed for staffed resources. You can learn more with documentation

Please also refer in documentation where "Nothing Settled" after the settlement job run. which can be the scenario

where none of the senders are settled once you perform the run with actual data. There are different reasons for this, for example, the senders have already been closed. Check the Statistics section (No Change, Not Relevant, Inappropriate Status) to find out how many senders aren’t to be settled.

Please share more details on the process steps that you have done ex. staffing, Time or Expense again which resources etc and other posting you have done, This will help us to support you further.

Did you checked if Actual cost is there, whether expense or time posting?

in case timesheet posted and not posted to accounting then also this issue comes.

please check actual cost first.
