Hello Support,

We are facing an issue with the internal timeout setting for SESSION_TIMEOUT_STOP_DATA_REFRESH, which is currently set to 15 minutes. We would like to extend this timeout to 60 minutes.

How can we do this?

Kind regards.

Dear Customer,

The parameter SESSION_TIMEOUT_STOP_DATA_REFRESH determines the time a user has to be inactive before the tiles stop sending polling data refresh requests.

This timeout can be configured in Manage Launchpad Settings application. You can enter the time in minutes, or if you enter -1 you disable the timeout.

Best regards,

SAP Support.
