Setting "Reason&" for Cancellation in Service Contract

When cancelling a Service Contract, you select a reason for cancellation.
Can the number of cancellation reasons be increased in the configuration?

If I want to add more options for cancellation reasons, will I need to develop an add-on?
Please check.

a SSCUI is planning to open for customer to define their own cancellation reason. it is around the end of Feb of 2025 to arrive customer site
