SET UP PRIMARY FINANCE SETTINGS IN SAP CBC (Central Business Configuration)

Hi Experts!

We would like to ask regarding the fiscal year variant maintained in the CBC while setting up the Primary Finance Settings, since the set up cannot be undone unless the system is reprovisioned.

1. Is it right to use the K4 as the fiscal year variant in the Primary Finance Settings activity and use the non-leading ledgers (such as 2L) with different fiscal year variant, for example SZ-Configurable template variant, for reporting purposes? 
2. What will you recommend for schools as an industry with varying fiscal or academic year?

   Example: 

   This year, the academic year is August 2025 to July 2026, but it is possible that the next academic year will be changed to June to May. 
3. What is the use of Fiscal year variant "SZ" - Configurable template variant and is it modifiable?
