Hi Experts
How do I set up a Sales Order output so that it prints immediately on creation, but only prints on request if an order is changed. We want to email initial order confirmations to customer, but do not want to spam them with lots of reprints when minor details are adjusted on an order.
Thanks.

Hi Jason,
If i understand correctly, you need the Sales Order Output to be printed immediately on creation mode. And to stop automatic multiple issuing of output. Please let me know if i misunderstood your requirement.
1) For print immediately of the Order Output in the create mode. You can make use of the condition records print parameters. You can set the Print immediately option in the condition records. So, this will make sure the Order is printed immediately in the create mode.
2)Check removing "Multiple issue" in the Output type config. Sio, it will make sure the Output is not retriggered automatically in change mode. So, if needed users can retrigger the output manually and get the output printed. Please try this in sandbox
P.S: Reward if the suggestion is useful.
Thanks
