Set up Ariba Buying base edition with S4 public Cloud TDD

Hello, 

We are trying to set up Ariba Buying base edition with our S4 TDD and we encountered some difficulties:

We can't integrate any suppliers catalogues as it is for our demo system , is there any test suppliers catalogues that we could use ?

We tried to test the process by requesting a unlisted item but the purchase request is stuck in ``Awaiting approval`` status with the message :  unable to display the content workflowinstance not found .

We didn't touch the Automatic Approval Variant so the Preq should be approved automatically.

I couldn't find anything in the documentation regarding this error, any ideas ?
