Set email notification for workflows

Hi Experts,

Is there any possibility to set email notification for workflows? We created a workflow for supplier invoices but, we would like to send email automatically for the vendor if the supplier invoices is wrong. Is there any way to create it?

You can trigger email notifications for workflows, however, these are only to notify approvers and workflow initiators about new work items in their inbox. For more detailed information: How to Configure the Flexible Workflow for Supplier Invoices

If you would like to seamlessly connect with your suppliers, you can explore the Supplier Invoice Status API or the Automation of Source-to-Pay with SAP Business Network (42K) scope item.
