Service URL missing in Communication Arrangement in SAP S/4Cloud

Hi,

I'm trying to test the communication scenario of a SAP S/4Cloud system.

I tried click on WSDL download link and i'm facing some errors then i realized that the Service URL of the Inbound Interface is not coming.

Could anyone guide me the steps so that the Service URL comes with Communication arrangement so that i can download WSDL file and test the scenario.
