Is it possible to create a service request in Public Cloud?
Hi Ralph,
the service request management capabilities are only available in S/4HANA On-Premise or Private Cloud. In S/4HANA Cloud, public edition, the standard process doesn't include service requests, rather starts with a service quotation/service order.
