Service PO and SES not created-Monitor accruals posting app

Hello,

We are on S/4 HANA Public cloud TM 2502 edition. I created advanced inter company  STO and the FU and  FO created and charges calculated in FO. 

CHarges calculation status= calculated in FO

Posting status in FO= Not ready for posting. 

No warehouse involved. Picking done manually in replenishment  outbound delivery but PGI not done.

execution status in FO= checked in and checked out at source location

 In Monitor Accruals posting app, the FO is not shown. Any idea what could be missing ?

All events below at source location of FO and also Set to "arrived/checked in" at destination location too but still FO is "not ready for posting "

Following up on the issue with the Freight Order not appearing in the Monitor Accrual Postings app in your SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud system, please find below my analysis and potential resolution.

Based on the details you provided, here are my observations

• Freight Order created successfully and linked to the Intercompany STO.
• Charges calculated → Status = Calculated.
• Execution events recorded at source and destination (arrival, check-in, checkout, departure).
• Posting status of the FO remains Not ready for posting.
• Monitor Accrual Postings app shows no entry for this FO.

Based on that, these are the potential root cause of the issue

In Public Cloud TM, freight orders become eligible for accrual posting only when both conditions are met:

1. Charges calculation completed
2. Logistical completion milestone reached:
• The system expects a Goods Issue (PGI) posting from the associated outbound delivery.
• In your case, picking was completed manually, but PGI was not performed.
• Without PGI, the Freight Order remains in status Goods Movement Not Processed, preventing the FO from moving to Ready for posting.

As a result, the FO is excluded from the Monitor Accrual Postings app.

Here is what i recommend

1. First, ensure you perform Post Goods Issue (PGI) in the outbound delivery.
2. Then, once the PGI is completed, the Freight Order status will update:
• Goods Movement Status → Posted.
• Posting Status → Ready for posting.
3. Finally, Freight Order will then appear in the Monitor Accrual Postings app, where accruals can be confirmed and posted.

To Summarise, the missing step is the PGI posting in the outbound delivery. Until this is done, the FO cannot progress to Ready for posting and will not appear in Monitor Accrual Postings. Completing PGI will resolve the issue and allow accrual postings to be processed as expected.
