Service Entry Sheet automatic approval stuck

Dear SAP Experts,

While creating service entry sheet use "manage service entry sheet' App, I maintain automatic approval only but the automatic goods receipt is not happening.
The service entry sheet stays in approval and no GR is posted.

Please refer to the KBA 3258263 - SES stays in status 'In Approval (20)' after release (Auto approval) 
When the auto approval does not complete it would usually mean there was an application error during the posting of the goods receipt.
As described in the KBA, you can see the reason for the failure in the workflow administration apps. If you go to 'workflows in status error'
APP you will see the real reason the goods receipt could not be created. Common issue is for example the posting period is not open.
