Service Contract organization inconsistency S4HANA Service

Hi folks,

I have the following problem:

I want to create service order with item assigned to service contract. The contract doesn't have service organization.

I am getting the following error: Item 100: Orgl. data is inconsistent between order item 0000000100 and service contract.

I dont want to have a SO on service contract - it is a warranty contract, so no matter which SO is processing the service, the client is entitled to contract agreements.

I want to have a SO on service order - I want to indicace who is providing services upfront.

How can I solve this?

If your system version is 2023 OP, you have chance to achieve this. there is one customizing on the item category.

thank you. I've imagined, there must be a configuration like this, but somehow couldn't find it.
