Service Contract Item List - custom fields

Hi SAP,

Is it possible to extend the list of service contract line items in the service contract with additional columns based on custom fields?
We have custom fields in the service contract line items, but the customer would like to see this information directly in the list view - essentially adding another column here.

Hi @Sorosch_Sakhiza,

thanks for raising the question. 

According to SAP's current design, custom fields cannot be directly added as columns to the item overview table in the "Manage Service Contracts" app. The "Service Contract Item List" is not included in the personalization options for custom fields in the current application design.

To have custom fields available in the personalization options of the item overview table, you should Submit a feature request through the Customer Influence Portal.

Hello @Chris1973,

I am afraid that the request functionality is not support. Yes, you can add custom fields at Service Contract Item level to the "Item Details" section in the Manage Service Contracts app, but these fields cannot be added to the item list view.
