Hello experts.
Are there any existing reports in SAP B1 that will display the statistics of service call statuses, in particular how long service calls are in a particular status?
If not, how does one query for this information when a service call may be updated but the status is not changed? I am needing to create a query for a customer to run weekly that returns service call information when the service call has had a certain status applied within a date range?
I cannot wrap my head around how OSCL & ASCL can be pulled together, even with union to give me unique results.
For example…
Service call #1 gets status 7 applied on Monday. The status of service call #1 then gets changed to 10 on Tuesday, then gets changed to 15 on Wednesday.
Service call #2 gets status 7 applied on Monday but the status of service call #2 doesn't get changed within same week.
Service call #3 gets status 7 applied on Tuesday. Service call #3 is updated on Wednesday but the status isn't changed. Service call #3 then gets status 11 applied on Thursday.
I need a query that pulls the time stamp of when status 7 was applied to a service call within a date range, regardless of the current status of the service call.
With the example above, I should see a result set with 3 service calls and 2 have a timestamp for Monday and 1 has a timestamp for Tuesday.
Thank you in advance for any help.
