Service based quantity contract in sap

Hello, In system, we want to make quatity based service contract. Based on contact we want to allocate service quanitity PO to vendor on milestone basis. Reqeust you to suggest how wayforward.

Example

If we create contact for two services.

Service code  Qty

S1                  10

S2                  10

Now, based on contact we are creating PO but system is not validating service qunaity of contract. System is allowing to create PO more then services qty of contract. Our requirment is how to restric it.

Hi,

In standard, there is a quantity control as well and you can activate the control via message SE 346 from OLMSRV - Define Attributes of System Messages.

Once its active, system will throw error in release orders when the quantity at service level exceeds the quantity in the contract service item.
