Server Tools and Server Business One already installed

I uninstalled SAP Business One server and attempted to reinstall and the server installation screen shows the Server Tools and Server Business One are already installed. I have attached a screenshot.

No SAP B1 programs show as installed. (see screenshot)

I have removed the common database, SLD, etc.

I had to reinstall Windows and everything new.

You may do a full install as shown in the second screenshot.
