Serial number traceability in S/4HANA Cloud

Dear community,

we are currently searching for an app in S/4HANA Cloud (public) which provides a list of sold products by serial number including their current location and sell status, meaning that we would like to have the capability to trace products along their journey from production to a particular end customer.

Do you know if such capability already exists and how we can access it?

With the app 'Display Material Serial Number' , you can see a list of serial numbers for a partcular product and the app also status and history of which orders the serial number has been used in
