Serial Number from Sales Order to Service Order - Customer Service (Repair Order)

Hello All,

I created a Repair Sales Order in VA01 with the material and service product (PREM_SERV). I have entered Serial Number. I am able to generate service order from this particular repair sales order, however the objects TAB is empty in IW32 and does not capture the serial and material number which was captured in the repair sales order.

Any idea why the objects tab in service order does not fill the serial number, material number and equipment data?

How have you customised the copy control from the sales order to the service order ( copy routine?)
