Sending out email via Office 365 with general email address

Hi Experts,

My client is sending out invoices via the Office 365 SMTP mail server. There is a request for sending out the email using a general email address and attaching a note saying that it is an auto-generated message and not to reply to this email instead of using the email address associated with the user login account.

There are two scenarios that need to be sent:

1) Manually sending an individual Delivery document to a specific customer after adding the AR Invoice to the system.

2) Specify to send the Delivery document automatically in the document setting.

Is there a way to configure sending out the document with a general email address for eg. using the default email address in the SBO mailer, instead of the individual user account’s email address?
