Hello everyone,
We currently have the requirement that in the S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, when an order confirmation for a sales order is sent by e-mail, attachments such as the general terms and conditions and the cancellation policy should also be sent together with the order confirmation. Is there an option for this in the S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition? If not, do you have any workarounds that we could use for this?

Dear @Omid_PS,
Add the General terms and conditions and cancellation policy to any of the below and include the same in the Sales order confirmation forms and send it through mail.
1. Use the "Maintain Standard Texts" app and enter the required General terms and conditions and cancellation policy and using the Text determination in Sales order copy those to every sales order header text and bind these Header text into last page of the form and use the OPD to send the email.
2. Use the "Manage Footer" assign this in the determination (to company code or plant), as a master form and then use this in form and send through mail.

1 work around would be to hold your terms on a web page and add the address of this page as an element of the order confirmation form, perhaps in a footer text, or in the email template.
