Send a mail about first approving ME51N

Hi,

I want to sent a mail about first approving ME51N. How can I do thıs? Can I use T16FS tables but how?

Update the table T16FW with the combination of Release Group, Release Code, and Agent ID (User ID), Object type (User).

User Profile should be maintained with Email Adress in T.code SU3.

SPRO Path to update the T16FW table: SPRO>SAP Customizing Implementation Guide>Purchasing>Purchasing>Purchase Order>Release Procedure for Purchase Orders>Define Release Procedure for Purchase Orders>Workflow.

For your requirement - you need to design release process with workflow to trigger E-mail to release document with release code for which agent determined.
