Self Password reset for users and self unlock SAP account

Hello

Two of the most reported incidents to our Help Desk is to Reset user password and unlock account.

I´m sure you guys also have these two problems.

Is there a way or mechanism so  that users can reset their own password and unlock their own SAP account.

You can use GRC - Password Self Service (PSS) functionality.
