Hi,
One entity is sold out and we want to hand over the sold-out entity system, the company codes have the same controlling area and also the sold-out entity. How can we segregate company code data when it has the same controlling area.

Your question is a bit confusing as it is not clear what you mean by sold out- Whether the entity should remain in the same box or you need to set up a new box of ERP. Additionally, does your company represent already the carved out entity or it is a legal entity for which the ownership has changed.
I would suggest to look at a series of blogs by lorenzpraefcke to look at your scenario and provide bit more details including things like system (you use ECC or S/4HANA), do you need to set up a new system etc. Please also look at the blogs below:
