Search not showing Invoice document

Hello,

When user try to search invoice by typing invoice number in landing page search, its not showing invoice.

Hi @Ashali,

I would recommend checking the search parameters maintained in the Manage Launchpad Settings app, and validating that you have the corresponding business roles to access these documents.

However, the recommended approach is to access through the corresponding app as Manage Billing Documents.

Hi Artuto, Here is the fix from SAP. by the upgrade to SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2402, the ESH-cache containing the search relevant data for all the search connectors was not updated. So the cache contained old data. This was the cause of the search error. I deleted the old cache using transaction DBACOCKPIT --> Diagnostics --> SQL Editor executing the statement: ALTER SYSTEM CLEAR CACHE ('ESHMetadataCache'); Then I activated all the search connectors which were in status "Error While Preparing" ( using transaction ESH_DASHBOARD ). The activation writes the actual data in the ESH cache. The development will offer for the next SP a function in ESH_DASHBOARD for the updating of the ESH-cache ( to avoid the manuell updating ).
