Hi Experts,
When I am trying to search a Service Line using Ext, Serv. No., system returns no results. However, if I try to search using Short Text of Service Number, it is working fine.
Users are facing it difficult to search the Service Numbers manually for adopting into work orders/PRs.
Can someone help me with this?
