SD - Reversal of stock in-transit for a sale where VLPOD is used

Hello Experts,

After several analyzes of the forums and information posted here about VLPOD, I come to open my question because I have not been able to follow any of the tips mentioned here.

Below I’ll detail my case and I hope to be able to count on the help of your expertise in this problem and I thank you in advance!

We have a commodity sales process where we create a sales order > outbound delivery with 100KG for example > PGI > and create an F8 proforma that generates an NFe because we need to have the document to the truck driver use during the way to the customer.

Arriving at the customer, the goods are reweighed and with this weight the VLPOD is generated where we found that we had a loss of 10KG along the way, the VLPOD is generated with this difference, leaving 10KG in 'stock in transit' and the resulting final value we generate a new NF of the F2B type with the generation of the accounting document to complete the process.

So far, the process has gone smoothly and without major problems.

Our problem is precisely in these missing 10KGs, that is, they were in transit due to loss along the way.

We need to reverse this stock in transit.

We have already tried to perform a ROB, but the stock is still in transit.

I checked in another forum about the use of movement 557 via MIGO with transfers posting but I couldn't follow this option, I get the following message:

'Movement type 557 is not planned for this operation'.

I would like to know if anyone has been in the commodities process and could help us with this reversal of in-transit stock for a sale where VLPOD is used.

Already check the VLPODF and we were unable to perform any option in it.

We're trying to use also the movement 411T in MIGO.

Hi lakshmipathi.ganesan We got it through MIGO with 411T movement.

But now we have a problem with the opposite flow.

Although VLPOD offers the possibility of overdelivery quantity, when I try to make this request it gives a balance error.

I have a sales order balance to receive more and I still can't.

"Deficit of Sales order st. blkd 2 KG : AR.BR.LG-A1 2002 R04421-00 T"
