SD Document Category VBTYPE - indicates if the category is positive / debit or negative / credit?

Good Morning,

For SD Document Category ( VBTYPE ) is there somewhere that indicates if the category is positive / debit or negative / credit?
Example:
SD Document Category = M Invoice would be positive
SD Document Category = N Invoice Cancellation would be negative

I am writing a CDS view and I suspect that somewhere in SAP this information is stored in a table and I won't need to hard code case statements based on the SD Document Category.
