If an item is not loaded onto the truck, we need to revisit the SAP sales order and modify it accordingly (removing the item). Management requires a report that demonstrates customer fulfillment. Is it possible to adjust the system so that we can input a zero, making this data accessible?
what's the best practice to approach this situation?
Currently, we're reverse-PGI, update the sales order and update the delivery with the material line item that was left off deleted.
This doesn't allow for reporting, what's the best way to move forward?
