Screen layout for S_ALR_87011990

Dear all,

I want to active the function "Display Variant" in the selection screen for the report Asset Balance sheet "S_ALR_87011990" or "AR02" like "AR01".

Would you please let me know how I can do that.

Hi

If I am not wrong, the one you are highlighting is NOT a variant . It is a layout option.

If you want to get the layout, after executing the report, save the layout in a name, say Z1.

Then next time when you go and press F4 there, you will get the layout list

Please update if you need something else there.

Thank you for your response.

Yes, It is a layout option. In AR01, I can choose the layout in "Display Variant" under "Display options".

However, in AR02 or S_ALR_87011990 there is no "Display Variant" in the selection screen.

How can I choose layout before executing these reports like AR01 ?
